Beach House is an upscale yet casual restaurant offering incredible view of Seven Mile Beach and inviting, intimate atmosphere. The cuisine is centered on coastal living and foods from the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Asia. These items and influences have been brought together by Executive Chef Sandy Tuason. Local, sustainable fish and produce from the islands are incorporated into the cuisine. Seafood is the mainstay of the menu, with other culinary delights such as beef, lamb and pork highlighted as well.
The menu is divided into two segments Smaller Plates and Larger Plates. Small plates are appetizer, soups and salads, this size will allow people to sample many textures and flavors while staying on the lighter side of the menu. The Large plates section is designed more for guests that would like to share “family style” or are just feeling like having an entrée portion. This distinct menu style allows the customer to sample multiple menu items, flavors and textures while sipping delicious wines.
Guests feel empowered to “Surf” the menu and put their own tasting menu together for a fun and lasting experience. Also offered is a five course tasting menu with or without wine pairing.
