Our award-winning chefs showcase the great flavors found in the Cayman Islands through local produce incorporated into meals. Caymanian fishermen bring in the catch of the day which will quickly find itself to your dinner plate. The menu starters include soup, salads, ceviche, seafood spring rolls, calamari and steamed mussels. Entrees include Surf and Turf, Caribbean lobster, Guava-rubbed Pork Tenderloin served with sweet potato hash and Smoked Chipotle Pepper Jus, Sea Food Hot Pot, combining lobster, shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams with shitake mushrooms in an aromatic coconut broth with steamed rice. The Rum Point Restaurant also serves great steaks cooked to perfection.
